I see patients in individual psychotherapy. I work with a variety of issues ranging from depression, sadness, anxiety, grief, work-related issues, parenting related difficulties, and intimacy related concerns to more severe issues such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders and trauma related symptoms. I also provide couple's therapy and have extensive training in working with families and adolescents.
I work best with those who are interested in making lasting changes in their inner lives and circumstances. In my practice, I provide you with a place to speak freely, so that through this singular experience of speaking you can articulate your desire and live your life for yourself.

Psychotherapy and psychoanalysis work through the therapeutic relationship, developed in an atmosphere of respect and the space to think. I believe that it takes two minds to think our hardest thoughts. All of us know the feeling of a load being lightened by confiding in a close friend. When friends and family are not enough, an expert can help. Therapy works because of our human need for help from others. Call me so we can talk about whether therapy is the right choice for you.
